Warren Spring - President

Costwise  Concrete Contractors, Inc. is owned and operated by Warren Spring.  Warren earned his Master Builders License in Australia and owned both a  construction and development company for 12 years in Sydney, Australia,  during which time he built and renovated both commercial and residential  buildings. Warren moved to Colorado in 1992 and worked in the concrete  industry for one year before opening his own concrete finishing company,  Costwise Concrete Contractors, Inc., 24 years ago. 

With his comprehensive  construction, surveying and general contractor experience, Warren is  able to apply his extensive knowledge of the building industry to  understand the basic requirements of each contract and contribute both  consultative and practical advice to every job.  

His  ability to read and interpret the most complex plans, understand the  general    and detailed requirements of each job and lend vital insight  allows his clients the peace of mind and confidence in his work to know  they are going to get the most professional service available.  

Dave Dees - Senior Project Manager

Dave Dees has 35 years experience in the construction industry and has been with Costwise Concrete since 2014.  Dave has worked  both as a hands-on Superintendent as well as project management for over a decade, and brings his comprehensive knowledge and skills to each project to ensure that all work is completed to contractor and homeowner specifications.
